As a central part of this evolution, UCX is becoming InfinityCX™, bringing E-MetroTel’s Communications Engine into the Infinity family alongside InfinityOne®, its Collaboration Engine. The InfinityCX name takes effect immediately.

InfinityCX establishes a clear Infinity identity for E-MetroTel’s Communications Engine. The C represents Communications, while the X is intentionally multidimensional—evoking connection, exchange, experience and communications to the power of X.
The segmented X in the InfinityCX identity also creates a visual connection to XSTIM, the E-MetroTel technology that powers InfinityCX. InfinityOne continues as E-MetroTel’s Collaboration Engine, and together the two engines create a clearer relationship between communications and collaboration within the broader Infinity Platform.
