Exdion Extends Policy Intelligence from Detection to Resolution with AI-Powered Endorsement Management

Exdion extends AI-powered policy intelligence from detecting discrepancies to end-to-end endorsement resolution, reducing manual work, E&O risk, and errors.

PLANO, TX, UNITED STATES, September 16, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Exdion Extends Policy Intelligence from Detection to Resolution with AI-Powered Endorsement Management

Exdion today highlighted its AI-powered approach to endorsement management across Commercial and Personal Lines, building on its long-standing policy-checking expertise to help agencies move from identifying discrepancies to managing their resolution end-to-end.

Endorsement Review and Management
Carrier-issued policies are rarely error-free. Across more than 4 million policies checked, Exdion finds an average of at least two errors per policy that require an endorsement to correct. Requesting those endorsements, following up on them, and verifying what comes back is a persistent drain on broker and agency service teams, often involving a significant amount of invisible work.

Exdion AI’s agentic capabilities in EyeQ close that loop end-to-end. It begins with the policy review checklist: the service team sees every flagged variance in an interactive interface, selects the items that require carrier action, and submits the request in a single click. These requests are routed through prebuilt, agency-formatted templates, so nothing has to be written from scratch.

Exdion can track every open request and validate each returned endorsement against the original change request, confirming that the carrier actually corrected what was requested. The workflow extends to the agency management system, updating records with approved changes automatically. Exdion AI integrates with major agency management platforms, including Applied Epic and Vertafore.

“Finding a policy discrepancy is only the first step. The real value comes from making sure the issue is corrected, documented, and reflected in the agency’s systems,” said Dan Narayan, SVP at Exdion. “With agentic AI, we are extending policy checking beyond identifying what is wrong to helping insurance teams act on those findings and close the loop. That means less manual follow-up, greater confidence in the final policy, and reduced exposure to E&O risk.”

The impact of this approach is already being seen by Exdion customers. Cody Mast, COO of Hummel Group, said, “We started addressing our renewal backlog together with Exdion in 2026, and that’s gone great from our perspective. On the commercial side, we’re actually in the process now of migrating our personal lines endorsement workflows too. Our outlook on the relationship is very positive, and we expect it to continue well into the future. The team at Exdion helped us resolve several key pain points, turning challenges we once faced into things we no longer have to worry about.”

Exdion’s broader AI platform supports key functions across the insurance policy lifecycle, including Coverage Gap Analysis, Quote Comparison, Policy Checking, and Proposal Building, providing agencies with AI-powered capabilities across multiple operational workflows.
